Duties / job details
– Prepare letters to contact various government agencies or those related to assigned duties.
– Prepare legal documents, draft various contracts
– Present the witness investigation report to the supervisor.
– Draft lawsuits, both civil and criminal. As assigned
– Coordinate with the team to check various contract documents.
– Provide advice to executives regarding Thai legal matters.
Applicant's qualifications
– Graduated with a bachelor’s degree field of law
– Experience in litigating both civil and criminal cases, totaling not less than 10 cases
– Be honest and transparent and can be verified.
– Have experience working in a company or law firm for not less than 3 years
– Have a legal license
