Duties / job details
– Responsible for recruiting quality personnel to work with the company. (Recruitment)
– Take care of employment contracts Salary calculation (Payroll), recruitment announcements, job applications through various channels
– Notification of entering and exiting social security for employees
– Manage annual employee evaluations (KPIs)
– Set up the entire personnel management system.
– Organize various training for employees
– Prepare monthly policy boards
– Other documents related to the department
Applicant's qualifications
– Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in any field.
– 10+ years of experience in HR field
– Be honest and transparent and can be verified.
– Able to communicate in English
– Have good negotiation skills
